I did this layout last week, with some of my favorite photos lately. They are of Sydney performing a living room "concert" to songs from "High School Musical." It has some of my latest "faves" on it-- my white pen, cut-outs from patterned paper, and some jewels. After I did it, I also realized that it fit in with the challenge going on over at the Freestyle blog--doing a layout with stars on it. So here it is . . .

Hadn't added any layouts lately, so I thought I'd pop in today and put a few out here.

This first one is actually a 2-page layout that I did more than a month or so ago. It was to commemorate my dd's Birthday Dinner (which was actually back in June!). Just like the colors going on here!

A layout I just finished and really enjoyed doing it. Just a cute picture of our "Silly Scout," and some of the funny things she's saying these days. Enjoyed doing these techniques--journaling strips, cutting out the flowers & designs from the pp and sprinkling them over the page. The overall design (with the large picture and then the two blocks of pp) I got from a Donna Downey layout in Simple Scrapbooks magazine.
